Part of a new team, this lovely role with a much-loved confectionery business is a fabulous opportunity to use your shopper marketing skills to help shape and drive the success of the brands in the retail environment.

Working closely with the Brand, Category and Customer teams, your role will be to define, build and operate a hub for Shopper insights and strategy;


·       Understand the behaviour of shoppers by channel and store format, as well as the difference between shopper and consumer to get the right mix of activation

·       Develop relationship with customer shopper data and media partners to optimise approach to in-store activations e.g. Dunnhumby, Nectar 360 & Edge

·       Provide robust and compelling shopper insight for sell-in decks

·       Identify and execute opportunities to drive in-store, in-depot & online activations in line with brand and commercial plans

·       Review performance, ROI and tracking of in-store & online campaigns and apply learnings for future initiatives

·       Overlay commercial data and shopper insights to define brand channel & format strategy

·       Scope and model brand initiatives to optimize channel opportunities – pack/price/place

·       Identify category adjacencies – new categories & channels

·       Define and communicate what HFSS means for our brands and brand planning

·       Lead HFSS retailer response and execution across channels

·       Work with brand teams to translate brand strategies into clear tasks for sales team

·       Collaborate with Category, Brand & Sales teams to develop best in class buy-sell plans

·       E-commerce strategy – define how our brands can address challenges through online visibility, availability and activation

·       Background in Shopper Marketing within FMCG
