Fabulous role for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join this fun and fast-growing business, spearheading paid social and paid search strategy with a focus on driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Group Ecommerce, this is a perfect role for an ambitious candidate, keen to be part of the success of multiple high-growth scale ups.

Key responsibilities:

●      Planning and optimising budgets

●      Continuous improvement of CPA and ROI

●      Forecasting and tracking of performance

●      Retargeting and prospecting via Social Media

●      Working with the wider team to ensure campaigns are being represented globally in all channels

●      Attribution – analysing cross channel attribution

●      Building strong working relationships across the organization

Key Skills

·       Experience running SEM or paid social activity directly; able to give examples of how you have grown revenue through bid optimisation (or other levers)

·       Keen interest in all the latest developments in Google Ads, Facebook and Google Analytics, and driven to keep on learning about the latest trends and best practices

·       Commercial and analytical by nature and love see the impact of your work on business growth

·       Able to work autonomously and independently – keeping momentum while communicating progress to stakeholders

·       Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
