Innovation Lead


To £70,000 plus car allowance and generous benefits package




Head west of London for this exciting and challenging role, leading the development of innovative new consumer products and services for a well-loved telecoms brand. With a strong background in innovation, from concept to delivery and beyond, you’ll drive the agenda and define areas where the brand can challenge the status quo and lead the market with new concepts. You may be an FMCG or consumer goods marketer, or perhaps working on an innovative tech brand, but ideas, possibilities and delivery are what really drive you.


What you’ll do


Assess the market and identify gaps and opportunities for new products and services
Review and make recommendations for how new products will work as part of, or alongside existing products
Create robust business cases around proposals
Work closely with technical, finance and other teams to assess feasibility and develop concepts
Work with external partners to develop joint proposals
About you


·       Educated to degree level

·       High profile consumer brand experience,

·       Driven by innovation; a consumer champion with the ability to conceptualise, scope out and deliver exciting new products and services that meet consumer needs and expectations

·       A compelling storyteller with the ability to bring great ideas to life

·       Strong commercial and financial acumen

·       Flexible, adaptable and a natural problem solver

·       Able to understand technical issues and challenges, and work collaboratively to achieve commercial objectives
